4/11/12: Double-date night at Benihana’s; so much fun, and so delicious! We were stupid and said we weren’t celebrating anything special when they asked. Next time!

4/7/12: Panvimarn Thai Cuisine triple date with TIffany, Tam, Amanda, Will and the boyfriend! So happy they liked the food, as I’m sure I’m biased from working there. Speaking of food… tom kha gai (coconut soup), appetizer sampler with money bags, chicken satay, spring rolls, shrimp in blankets and cheese wontons, papaya salad (they were out of their bellflower blvd, sadface), spicy rib eye salad, heavenly combo fried rice, pad si ew with beef, spicy jungle noodle with steamed tofu, BBQ pork, spicy eggplant, sticky rice with mango and coconut ice cream.

SOOOO GOOOOOOOD.
We finished all of it. 

But now I am sad, because I wish we had some leftovers for today.

4/5/12: Rokuan with Cristina for some girl time and yummy tonkotsu ramen
(And salmon sashimi, and crunch rolls, and spicy tuna rolls, and baked green mussels!)

I love this place because you can order a bowl of ramen (tonkotsu or spicy black miso) with a half roll of sushi; it’s the perfect amount! Also, an order of salmon sashimi was listed on the menu as 6 pieces; we counted 10, and that is very OK with me.
