We went to Disneyland on Friday night, but were deterred by the long queue of cars waiting outside. Having no patience for this sort of thing, we all decided to bake some apple pies in apples instead—the boyfriend included!

(Target was lame and only had star, heart and scalloped-square cookie cutters.)

They smelled wonderful, and Tiffany said they were delicious. She even made some adorable heart-shaped apple pie cookies with the leftovers.

Up next: I need a recipe that calls for the use of an immersion blender so that I can use the lovely one Linh and Thao got me for Christmas! Any ideas?
